We are still digesting all of what has been cut by Michigan House Republicans yesterday, but know this: The devastating impact of yesterday's unprecedented action will be felt by new moms and babies, Flint lead poisoned kids, veterans, students and a whole lot more. A number of important programs that were already funded and ongoing in my district were very likely cut (we are awaiting confirmation).
These cuts are unconscionable -- if you are concerned about this, contact Speaker Matt Hall and your State Representative. #mileg
