This plan repealed the unfair retirement tax to help seniors save an average of $1,000 annually and provided the <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">largest tax break for working families<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> in state history, helping them save an average of $3,150.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Taxes are due next week on <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Tuesday, April 15, 2025<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. The start of the season marks the new sportfishing regulations for Michigan\u2019s 2025 fishing season that are in effect through March 31, 2026. Changes this season include modifications to steelhead and muskie size limits and gear restrictions on some waters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">To learn more about the newest regulations, please make sure to review the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.michigan.gov\/dnr\/managing-resources\/laws\/regulations\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">2025 Michigan Fishing Regulations<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">.
