Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) has many different symptoms:
General tiredness (fatigue)
Rapid and irregular heartbeat
Fluttering or “thumping” in the chest
Dizziness
Shortness of breath and anxiety
Weakness
Faintness or confusion
Fatigue when exercising
Sweating
